30-Day Perfect Paper Promise

Not loving your wrapping paper? We'll make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund—no restocking fees, no hassle.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps

1. Email us: support@wraporal.com
Include your order number and reason for return. (If something arrived damaged, send a quick photo.)

2. We'll send you a return label
If your paper arrived damaged or wrong, shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping (typically $6–8).

3. Get your refund
Once we receive your return, we'll refund you within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an extra few days to process it.

What You Can Return

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Don't have your order confirmation email? No problem—just include your order number when you contact us.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll:

  • Send you a replacement immediately, OR
  • Issue a full refund including your original shipping cost

We'll email you a prepaid return label—return shipping is completely free for our mistakes.

Why 48 hours? It helps us file damage claims with carriers while the trail is fresh, so we can prevent it from happening to other customers.

Change Your Mind?

We get it—sometimes the pattern looks different in person.

Return your unopened paper within 30 days and we'll refund your order. You pay return shipping (typically $6–8), and we'll refund your product cost. Original shipping fees aren't refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Want to Exchange?

We don't offer direct exchanges yet (we're a small team!), but here's the fastest way:

  • Return your original order for a refund
  • Place a new order for what you want
  • If you need it fast, order first—then return the original once it arrives

What We Can't Accept

  • Opened or used wrapping paper
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items (marked at checkout)
  • Returns requested after 30 days
