At Wraporal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below for detailed information.

 

Return Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Return requests submitted after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.

 

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required.

  • Integrity: Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

  • Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact our support team:

  • Email: support@wraporal.com

  • Required Info: Order number, reason for return, and photos (for damaged/defective items).

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and specific instructions. Please do not send items back to the sender's address on the package without prior approval.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@wraporal.com within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For Defective/Damaged/Incorrect items: Return shipping is FREE. We will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of mind): The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Restocking Fees:

  • Wraporal does NOT charge any restocking fees. The fee for restocking returned items is $0.00.

 

Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Most refunds are completed within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the item you want, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items showing clear signs of use or damage not caused by our error.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
