Return & Refund Policy

At Wraporal, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of the date you received your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@wraporal.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely and ship them to our facility at: Wraporal, 4611 Pleasant Trail, Fresno, TX 77545, United States.

Please note: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@wraporal.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations & Exchanges

Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it for unfulfilled items. Please email us at support@wraporal.com.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@wraporal.com.
