1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I place my order?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total delivery time is calculated as follows:

Standard Shipping:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday). Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your package.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), all securely processed through Stripe.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@wraporal.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing/shipping stage, we may not be able to make changes.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe, and we never store your full credit card information on our servers.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label (Free of charge).

  • If you changed your mind or no longer need the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied back to your original payment method.

At Wraporal, we prioritize quality. Our wrapping paper is selected for its thickness, durability, and high-quality print to ensure it doesn't tear easily and looks beautiful on any gift.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! If you are interested in bulk orders for events or corporate gifting, please reach out to us at support@wraporal.com for a custom quote.
